Cevanos pricing starts at $0 with the Free plan. Paid plans billed monthly are: Free $0, Hobby $39, Standard $139, Pro $449 per month. Billed yearly, the per-month equivalent is Hobby $29/month ($348 billed yearly), Standard $104/month ($1,248 billed yearly), Pro $337/month ($4,044 billed yearly). Enterprise is priced per agreement. Each request made to the AI model uses a certain number of resolution credits depending on the model you choose. If you have AI actions enabled, the agent may make multiple requests to the AI model to complete a customer request. For example, if a customer asks about an order, the first request may decide to run an order lookup action, and the second request may generate the final customer response. In that case, 2 AI model requests are made, so the interaction uses 2x the number of credits required by the selected model. One AI model request is already included in the normal resolution flow; any additional model requests triggered by extra actions consume additional resolution credits.
An AI Action is an external tool or capability you configure for an agent, such as looking up an order, updating a CRM record, issuing a refund, rescheduling a booking or calling a custom API. Hobby supports 5 actions per agent, Standard 9 and Pro 13.
A policy is a deterministic rule that controls whether a governed action may proceed. Examples include refund limits, discount caps, identity-verification requirements, escalation conditions or rules that require human approval.
A release is a versioned production deployment of an agent configuration, prompt, policy set or governed workflow. Hobby includes 1 managed release per month, Standard 3 and Pro 6. Version history and rollback are included on paid plans.
Yearly billing is approximately 25% lower than monthly billing. The pricing toggle shows the rounded monthly equivalent when you choose Yearly. The yearly subscription is billed in advance.
You can upgrade to a higher plan or add additional usage. Cevanos will show usage before you reach the included limit so customer conversations do not stop unexpectedly.
